Roshelle collaborates with a portfolio of medium-large district and free public charter networks as a Staff Consultant on the K-12 Network Team. She creates the conditions for leaders at various levels to minimize the noise and narrow their priorities in partnership with those most impacted by decisions. The exploration of effective systems tailored for context and uncovering critical details energizes her in strategic planning work.
Roshelle has served leaders, teachers, families, and students across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for nearly ten years. Before joining the MAYA team, she worked in the Office of Transformation and Innovation at the Dallas Independent School District in Dallas, TX. Roshelle provided professional development to over 80 neighborhood school teams and supported cohorts of leaders as they underwent the process of exploring community interest and readiness to undertake the process of innovating traditional public schools into schools of choice featuring rigorous, future-focused, student-centered instructional models.
Outside work hours, Roshelle enjoys exploring vegan cuisine, hosting paint nights with friends, and sunrises with coffee.
