Ayeshia Toy is a strategic HR leader with 16+ years of experience partnering with organizational leaders providing strategic executive and leadership coaching, employee development, talent engagement, and comprehensive human resources support. In her career, she has worked across industries such as advertising, hospitality, government, and tech. She specializes in managing HR operations including immigration sponsorship, diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives, change management, and leadership coaching. Her experience transcends industries, she’s worked as an HR Leader within international corporate law; the world’s largest global independent creative agency; and a leading global hospitality group.
Devoted to the community, she has previously served on the board of E4 Youth, an organization which uses arts, sciences, and technology to help youth find and pursue pathways to successful careers in the creative economy. Additionally, she has served as the Volunteer Program Manager for ADCOLOR Conference and Awards, an organization which champions diversity and inclusion in creative industries.
She earned an MBA in HR Management from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas State University. Ayeshia is a Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
